Reservation Guarantees, deposits and payments

The credit card is debited for the full stay at the time of reservation.

Nedbank (iVeri) and First National Bank (FNB) Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) disclaimer

The booker confirms that by entering his/her profile number, PIN and password he/she has authenticated his/herself as the person that is authorized to debit his/her account with the amounts of the transactions and hereby instructs Nedbank to pay such amounts to the third parties that he/she has nominated via the systems. The booker further confirms and agrees that he/she shall not be entitled to countermand or amend such instruction once Nedbank has received and implemented the said payment instruction and that the payment instruction is subject to the Nedbank terms and conditions of use, to which he/she is bound. The booker confirms that the purchase of all services (“the goods”) constitutes an agreement between him/her and the third party suppliers (“suppliers”) and agrees that all his/her rights and remedies with respect to his/her order, purchase, possession and use of the goods and liability as well as any other obligations related to the goods, if any, shall be subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the suppliers. The booker also confirms that Nedbank is not a party to any such agreements and has no responsibility or obligation in regard to the agreements other than to effect payment to the supplier as duly instructed and that he/she shall have no right of recourse against Nedbank. Appropriate risk mitigating measures need to be taken to counter the possibility of fraudulent transactions.

Return and Refunds policy

Hotels

• Reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival without any penalty.
• Reservations cancelled within 7 days of arrival will forfeit the prepayment / deposit.

No Shows

• Off Peak: 100% of the first night’s accommodation rate is applicable as the no-show charge.
• Peak: 100% of the full stay is applicable as the no-show charge.

Customer Privacy policy

Cosy Posy Guest House cc trading as Cosy Posy Boutique Hotel shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Cosy Posy Guest House cc trading as Cosy Posy Boutique Hotel bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
